Training Cycles

Wondering if micro-(bulk | cut) cycles are a decent way of training?

For example, alternating months, month 1 clean bulk, 2 cut, repeat...

Anyone had success with such a training regime?

The way that I have been doing it is to do 10 weeks at a time. I have had great results I have lost over 8in now off my waist and am running approx 12%bf. but make sure that you alter your diet with the cycle. you have to eat like you're cutting and eat like you are trying to put on size. Diet, diet, diet! If you want more info just send me a message. As for me I dont know much but have read and researched this topic some what and am more than happy to help.
