good lifts spermastase. + the reps are very smooth, as they should be! good strength, but to add mass listen to gh15 and shoot for the high reps on legs...medium weight and 12-15 reps!

squat
legpress
leg extensions

Not GH15, ME !!!! LOL!

who the fuck are you. most bodybuilders with huge legs know that it takes alot of reps to really work the quads...medium weights 12-15...even 20 reps per set. high volume for the quads. Of course sometimes you can go low reps for the quads..but 80-90% of time...do the 12-15 rep sets and pump that blood into the quads.

for hamstrings..use slightly lower reps.

Calm down, Seargent, whatch the BLOOD PRESSURE......I was just kidding, beacuse I , too, advised about lowering the weight and increase the intensity, reps and sets to Seva (refer to my first post in this thread, page 1 or 2).
Now get back to count your BPMs....

hahaha go fuck yourself, balthazarian whore.

for calves use both high and low reps..and remember that the seated calf raise is not needed.  ;D

spermastase, still forcing pills down your gfs throat?

Agreed. Total waste of time. A combination of 45 degrees leg press toe presses and standing calf raises produces a lot more results.

yep..as the seated calf raise hits more soleus and not much gastrocnemius...the standing calf raise hits both. the best calf exercises are standing calf raise, donkey calf raises (machine or porn style), leg press calf raise.

:D u sound more and more like a skepical ( insert derogatory name for female )

Guy you are such a joke.  Your ego is so fragile.  Sounds like I struck a nerve.  Watch the vid.

at about 13 seconds into this you can see that there are diff color plates same size on the ground to the left and right.  I guess they just keep the bumper plate with the real weights.  ::)

My guess is you are using powerlifiting plates.  They are all the same diameter.  Ivanko makes them in black and grey range from .5 kilo to 10 kilos  ( http://www.titansupport.com/products/dumbells/ivanko.htm ), they are made so people can train for contests or ego lift like you.  Have you noticed the large amount of 150lb guys on youtube who bench 400+.

How about you post a vid where you show the actual weights as you load them and go from there.

With 495 the bar should be bending a lot more across your back.  ;) ;D 8)

Sevastase, how tall are you and how much do you weigh?

I love how everyone says it is a "good lift for your size".  5 plates completely raw for 3 easy reps is excellent for ANYONE irrespective of drug use or size.

let him try that being off
Here comes the money shot

I believed him at first, but when I saw the bench vids, I was thinking O Brother another Youtube lifter.

The Ivanko plates have been around for a while, guys at my gym put 4 on each side and then walk around with their gallon of water.  They are clowns.

Plus, five plates makes the bar bend. I was squatting a measly three plates today and when ya bounce a little the bar bends. Heck, you can even make teh bar wiggle a bit with two plates if you try.

Sevates's twig legs couldn't stand with five plates on a bar

I remember i walked into my school gym the first time and i see this guy doing standing shoulder presses with 3 plates a side, he didnt weigh more than a buck 50 and i was pretty stunned then later in my work out i see another guy doing the same thing and im thinksing i must be the weakest muthafucka int the gym till i realised they were doing a combined total of 40 kilos. i can up sevatese one and post a video of me doing 6 plates and no belt.

Exactly 5 plates makes the bar bend while on the rack, let alone your back.  Plus when you rerack it tends to move the whole squat rack.

That is why he uses these:

Thats alot of weight. I would suggest slowing your descent & spending more time in the bottom position. I assume you are a bodybuilder. You could develop even more muscular legs if you controlled & engaged the weight more, just like any other exercise.
You are powering thru these too fast. That being said, you made alot of weight look pretty easy. Good depth too.

you could lower to 3 plates and go ass to grass.

no need to impress the local gym rats or bitches..

Isn't it true that some people flat out can't squat to the floor because of their bone structure?  I thought I read that in a Muscular Development (I think the one with Desmond Miller on the cover).  The absolute lowest I can go is that of a baseball catcher's stance.
