i have posted my pics here before, i was pretty big, not ripped or anything. 5'10" 240 lbs and maybe 15% BF, when i was curling the 85s i was on a pretty heavy cycle, 1g test e, 600mg deca, 150mg drol.

I've never seen anyone get over 90lbs DBs with anything that resembles good form.

Ive never seen anybody curling 85-100 pound dbells with strict form, except for on this board.   hahahaha  ;D 

             Cage fighters and the strongest lifters on Earth, Getbig is an amazing place  ::)

dumbell 70s for 6 or 8 on each arm.  barbell max, 155 x 6.   )

For once I agree with Squidfather...everyone's got a videocamera or a camera or cellphone with video, so start posting up the video all you monsters curling 90lb dumbbells for 10 reps! You'll be Youtube legends in no time!

With 70 lb db's I can do a set of 8 reps with 3 counts on the negative

There is no point in any member posting any stats without pics and preferably video to support your claims....that is if you truly care about most Getbig members not believing your claims.   Me personally, I could care less if anyone believes a word I say or not as it changes nothing about me.

I have gotten 185 straight bar for 2
Dumbell curl 80's for 6 each arm
hamer curl 100 for 8 each arm

i dont have a video of me curling 85s but i have  apic at 240+ lbs and between 19-20" arms, proof enough. getbig is a big place if anyone is from tempe, AZ and every trained at golds gym in mesa or pure fitness by ASU you will probably recognise me and maybe even witnessed the massive DB curls, lol :). this pic isactually in the bathroom at golds mesa
