Here is another one for you get biggers which some of you may find gross but i thought was pretty good. More of the same really. I like deviled eggs so i made this. It totals at 400 calories which is a bit heft when dieting but you can split it into 2 meals and easily stay full. Its 2 oz of sliced spinach, 7oz of tuna, and 8 hard boiled egg whites. It totals for 75 grams of protien and about 3 grams of fat from the fish, and about 4 carbs. Season and spice it with what you want. Since mayo is a definite no-no i used frenches mustard. You can use as much of it as you want and you will have no calories in it. I over rounded the actual caloric amount of this meal as i always do since it is better to over estimate when cutting. Anyways here it is.
