I have been dieting for about 6 weeks hardcore right now and got tired of the same old same old so i thought i'd share this new way of eating egg whites and vegies. Try it! You will need about 3 ounces of fresh dry spinach, balsalmic vinegar, egg whites, and seasoning. I think they are pretty good but you might be revolted by them. Personally anything is delicious to me right now since im dieting. Anyway here it is with pictures. This meal is quite filling and accounts for old 125 calories, 27 grams of protien, 3 grams of carbs, 0 grams of fat and it is really tasty.

Step one:
Finely slice the spinach

Step 2:
get your egg whites cracked and beat them till they are nice and fluffy (helps them to stay together in the pan.)

Step 3:
Season spinach with balsalmic vinegar and spices

Step 4:
Gently pour egg whites into the pan and let both sides cook

Put the seasoned spinach in the egg white and roll it

No prob. Just trying to contribute my part. I can hardly wait until im done dieting. I will be able to actually cook and make good stuff (not that that wasn't good).

Thx mate. I am trying to find ways to make dieting delicious and fun. I am full after all my meals and they are all tasty but i still do crave that calorie dense foods like cheese cake and cookies but being full and eating tasty food is all you can really ask for when dieting.

yup. but to me; healthy food is tasty food. i would rather have a big juicy chicken breast right off the girll with a plate full of raw broccoli and a diet iced tea than cake,cookies, or ice cream any day. thats just me.

plus, i feel guilty after eating fruit; nonetheless soemthing ice cream. i would probably be outside running for about two hours if i ate that shit!!

Yup. I will bring you guys more recipes that are high in protien, low cal, and low fat that are excellent for dieting later on.

hmmmm i think i will cook some tuna in the pan first, get it golden brown with a slight crunch...then cover it in a sodium based no carb no sugar hot sauce(like all good hot sauces are), mix it up, THEN combine it with veggies and roll it up in the egg whites!!

Took 5 mins with minimal effort. I guess if you like suffering and drink egg whites out of a carton then so be it. To each his own.
