I have been dieting for about 6 weeks hardcore right now and got tired of the same old same old so i thought i'd share this new way of eating egg whites and vegies. Try it! You will need about 3 ounces of fresh dry spinach, balsalmic vinegar, egg whites, and seasoning. I think they are pretty good but you might be revolted by them. Personally anything is delicious to me right now since im dieting. Anyway here it is with pictures. This meal is quite filling and accounts for old 125 calories, 27 grams of protien, 3 grams of carbs, 0 grams of fat and it is really tasty.
