ok guys i took a break from the gym since July 1981 and just been working and living life since then my stats currently are 5'11" 230 pounds, 20 inch arms (down from 25 when i was training), 33 inch legs and 25 inch waist (up from 22 when training), i can still bench 405 but it's pretty hard whereas i used to rep 30 with it, my plan is to get some good dextrose, creatine, taurine and whey and i figure i'll be ready for the Olympia stage by this time next year.
