Ronnie looks great for the little we can see. Great to see he is doing different things this year (like in the video, a lot more reps on exercises). and he says 25-30 reps with 7 plates on t bar rows are 'easy'

How much of an advantage does Cutler have being a Muscletech athlete which is the title sponsor than Ronnie being with BSN? If Ronnie is on, will he get a fair shake?

Wait till you see the Johnnie Jackson vid thats about to come out from the bodybuilding.com series. He has a PHD in body english, but the results of his hardcore training will leave no doubt that it works well for him. This is by far the best I have seen him look.

If he looks better than ever now then wouldn't that be in part to training lighter ala Milos? I wouldn't see why he would have to use body English as of recent while lifting conciderably lighter.

He was far from training light in Texas, as you will see in the next episode.
