Yeah went out with a mate tonight and its his 19th birthday and thats my favourite shirt so yeah lol. I tell you what, going out to a club and not drinking is the worst experience ever.

I've tried numerous things. Pro-active, Mincolin or watever its called (there tablets). The next step is something that could possibly cause infertility and kidney problems. So i really don't wanna risk it. I'm 18.. so if its still there by the latest of about 22 then i might change my mind and try the next step up. But for the moment doesn't bother the missus or myself so i'll accept it for the time being.

LOL no sorry. I've never taken E or any drug similar including MJ. I don't like to drink either. Probably drink about 4 times a year max. As for some reason it has a really big effect on my strength gains at the gym. Considering i'm not very strong anyways i really like to keep any strength i can get.

Protein intake has nothing to do with acne. Its due to hormones. Food has very little effect on acne at all. I could eat chocolate all day and it really wouldn't make my acne any worse. Altho i might have oily skin and another 3 chins but thats about all that would change.

I have oily skins also, I find that drinking tons of water helps...also do not use any kind of cream or lotion on your face. They only block the pores with causes dirt to accumulate and thus product pimples.

also oddly enough doing cardio helps, you perspire which clears the pores.

Yeah. Thats just not the life style i like.
I have a girlfriend soon to be finance. So clubbing etc isnt really what i'm into. Gym is. Even though it probably doesn't look like it, looking at my progress pictures. But yeah. I'm not exactly a depressed person. Just unhappy with my results.
i mean my missus isn't too bad on the eyes i don't think.

Anyways i might head off to bed catchya later fellas.
