Honestly, it's really not hard to eat like shit all year, head to the gym 3 or 4 days a week for an hour, rely on test out the wazzou, never do cardio, have a gut hanging over your waist and multiple fanny packs at your disposal.
Fat guys always crack me up. When I think about some of the guys at gyms around here who use out the rear and talk about it, it just blows my mind.
