yes i eat clean pretty much the whole year (ultra-clean starting from march~september)
6am: 6eggwhites penutbutter bread
9am: protein powder
12am: fish veggies
3pm: chicken breasts+rice
6pm:proteinpowder
9pm:steak+rice
12pm:chicken breasts+rice
i don't count sets(maybe 20~ 40?

/per bodypart)only do squats.benchpress,millitary press,barbell rows,deadlifts,etc
i think that the programs in FLEX and M&F are bullsh@t and they are for 'juicing' lifters(written by 'juicers' too right?)
naturals will havea hard time growing on "4setsbench press+4sets incline press+4sets cablecross overs"
( just my opinion ok?)
