how often u guys train ur chest? once or twice a week?
Everything just once, bacl, chest, shoulders, legs, etc....though it should seem obvious, any training puts stress on the entire body, not just the body part...that is why recovery is so important. Naturals should never train more than 3 to 4 times a week, unless for shock training such as a very temporary overtraining, accompanied by 10 to 14 days of total rest (except cardio)...
