So I haven't bought clothes in a while, and I decided hey what the hell is time to get some new gear. I normally am a t-shirt and jeans kinda guy but I recently moved to LA (I'm originally from Hawaii) and I noticed the style is a lot different. In LA it seems to be all about the metro-trendy gear (borderline queer), and it seems like thats what all the ladies dig (well the good looking ones anyway), so I decided to give it a whirl at the urging of a few of my girl friends here. I am 5'8'' 185 lbs pretty muscular (not a beast, but not tiny either) and I walk into these designer stores and none of the clothes fit. Its like all of this stuff is made for people who are like 6'2'' and 140lbs. So I said F@#@ it and left. I guess I'll just stick to T-shirt and Jeans. Anyone else have similar trouble finding clothes that fit well? Just curious.
I'm sorry if my initial post came off as arrogant as that is not what it was meant to be. I am not claiming to be a mass monster or anything, but rather am looking to see if any other people have had similar experiences and what they have done or where they have shopped to fix it. I want to know where you shop. Because I find it hard to believe that someone 25lbs heavier than me at my height has no problems finding clothes to wear at nice clothing stores.

hahahahaha, i love these clowns, too big to fit into off the rack clothes, hands are too big to type, hands are too big to fit into the top of the protein container, too big to fit on the Hammer Strength machines at the gym, legs are so big they rub together, lats are so big they cant wipe their ass, etc.
Serious question, does anyone wear a bigger than a 40 sized pant on here? I think no matter how much muscle you have, that has to be considered obese.
I do!! 40-42 depending on style
Yep at my biggest was 420 pounds, wore 5xl shirts and size 48-50 pants
yeah just dont look at his fat gut
doesn't really look noticeable compared to the 22 inch arms, 17 inch forearms and cannonball delts, you were a pretty damn solid 400 or whatever you were, you look great now as well.
