I don't remember when was my last workout...or last meal...
I decided to train my guys and not train with them - so intensity was at ALL TIME HIGHEST...

Yes, I am smallest I've been in a long time...but also leanest...so at least I didn't waste time - I dropped some body fat enjoying myself eating my favorite "Mozart kugeln", marzipan and all kinds of chocolate...usually at night...when I don't suppose to...

Anyway, I am starting my contest prep today and I just finished giant sets (arms) with Hide and I am about to puke...but watch out - my pythons are almost 15 inches - I can feel it!

Jocelyn is in trouble if he shows up in Australia...
