very few, which is why this discussion is largely pointless unless you have. stating 'no lying please' is going to get the same result as a cop interviewing a crim.
the real question is, why does anyone give a fuck?
when i used to bench press (don't see any reason to do it now. i'm not a p/lifter and there are better pec/upper body strengtheners that wreak less havoc on the shoulder stabilizers), as soon as i could do around 6 good reps with 315 i went up to 317.5. i never got into numbers.
most people that handle 3 plates easy for reps are on gear anyway (i was). if i see a natural guy do it, it's either life or death any way you can, short limbs deep chest, or they're a p/lifter and they actually know how to perform the exercise with maximum leverage advantage and minimum rotation around the shoulder joint.
