Yeah man, I'm talking strictly bodyweight though- for example I will do 1-arm pushups so I dont really need extra weight. 1-legged Squats are also very good, can't do 1-arm chins so I try to make them harder by switching up grips or doing them at unconventional places which makes gripping harder. handstand pushups are awesome for shoulders, 1-legged calf raises are brilliant for calves, Glute ham raises for hamstrings, shti man I can go on and on
