How do you figure since my show is Dec 1 (7 weeks) and those pics were taken at 12 weeks.....God you're an idiot (and I mean that in the Biblical sense)!

I attended a Seminar of his a few Months ago in Illinois ... it was WELL WORTH the Money, in my honest Opinion. He had a lot of, what I felt, VALUABLE information to give that day. Suprisingly, he spoke about Steroids and how little he took during his Competitive Years. He also made mention that he still uses them ... although, it's a " Minimal Dose " as well as supervised and prescribed by his Doctor. He ALSO commented on today's current Professional Bodybuilders as being, " ... big and bloated Cows ... ".  ;D Zane is certainly an interesting character, by the way ... before the Bodybuilding Show began he walked up on Stage, pulled out a Harmonica, and played it for about 15 Minutes straight whilst Singing random Lyrics ...  :D oh, and a nice guy, too.  :)

Incredible. Its funny in the gym he looked like a lean guy with some muscle but on stage he looked like a Greek statue. We will never see a physique like that again on an IFBB stage.  :-\

yeah they think 200+ lbs lean is achievable for a natural, over 20lbs MORE than Zane's contest weight.

What are you talking about Zane won his Olympia's at 190-195. He's one of the few that used to gain weight for his contest prep.
