when i was sick a few weeks back i benched that weight for 9. fresh i would have got 10. just had a bad day.
also those 5 repos are with a good pause makes it much harder definately. espec the last one where i did a 4 sec pause
i can deadlift close to 600 now. if you give me just over a month ill post a video.
squat last workout did 137.5kgx10 right below parallel. once again give me a chance ill post a video.
this vid is 320lbs with a slight pause at end of workout. would you agree that fresh and to failure i would get 4

oh yea all this done on a non olympic bar with no bend or give or spring to make squat dead etc easier. just a dead weight
