Sorry gh15......the pyramids are explained simply by that when the totality of human beings put all their focus on in one area of expertise amazing, miraclulous (not supernatural), things happen.
During the early greek days it was social structures, governments and civilization was the focus and look what they did, then it was ethiical philosopy and we have the work of Socrates( a homo btw) then metaphyical philosophy with Plato (another homo) and then amazing scientific work of Aristotle. During Jesus's time humankind was obsessed with theology, spiritual philosphy and finding the 'right way' to live thus you have great people like him, John the batpist and other great philosophers doing amazing things. During Elizabethean period it was literature, music and poetry and look what Shakespeare and his comtemporaries did, Shakespeare was a genius, not an alien. During the Renessaince it was art, architecture, what Michaelangeo and Leonardo(more homos btw,) did was mind boggling but not supernatural. During the industrial revolution it was machinery and you get something like the Titanic, then the space age and we put a man on the moon.
All those things were not supernatural, they were just what humans can do when they put all their energies into one thing. Look what happened in the last 10 years of the information age, a caveman or even a person from the 19th century would think we harnessed supernatural poweres. But we didnt we put all our human energies into it and miracles happened.
Next it will be bio technology and you will see more miracles... During the Egyptian days human put all their focus and energy into gods and temples, and thus you got their miracle of their day, the pyramids.
EDIT: depending on what you believe, Jesus may have very well had supernatural powers.
NOW! the above who wrote this has brain! i disagree with it but he is one smart mother fucker,,makes me happy to be human being when guys like him display it white on black ,,actually make me proud to be human
though! i dont agree with everything he says ,,there is more to what the human eye can see or observe ,,you see the world in specific colors because that is what you as HUMAN can see ,,,in reality it is all black and white to a color blind human,,,there might be 100 other diff colors that we humans cant even see ,,,elements....already talked about,,and with every era we learn more and more is injected to us from what we alreadsy learnt,,
i truly believe that if there is one single huma achievment that surpass any inteligent extra terestrial and we can be competetive with them is MUSIC,,i believe that the most amazing creation of the human kind is clasical music of the mozart day ,,he was son of earth human like us ,,and that is the most important highly sophisticated thing we ever created truly and only by our own brain and it will stand the test of time and it will be competeive if not better than other civilisations (take britny spears out of this because she and rap take us no where and failed misirebly and still fail by the day because it meant for the sex rather for the music which is none existant) but i believe that in every era there is a genious music pattern or someone who does it best than everything else human beings can do ,,wether its mozartt ,,or rob thomas from these day ,,,humans got an advantage in that field on any other civilisation ,,this is my opinion and this is the reason that we sent the beatles to space ,,our own made project ,,madeo only by humans sent to deep space and first thing on it is a beatles song,,because this is our absolut strength and we will be competetive in this art form among any other civilisations even today ,,it is very universal and i believe we will be up top on every other civilisations with our musical master pieces wether bach,,beatles or queen
