An important thing to remember is that the more muscle mass you have, the quicker your metabolism, the easier it is to shed some fat. Keep lifting hard and focus your diet on gaining lean mass and you'll see that the fat comes off as a side effect. Your goal of 210lbs is VERY attainable and you should start to see a little definition in your abdomen by then. Keep in mind that every % you lose below 12 gets your more and more peeled looking, that's when it starts to get fun!
