OK so my right rotator cuff has been a problem for me for some time now probably 2 or 3 yrs, when it flares up i train around it until the pain subsides. Lately i have noticed a imbalance between my lats my left looks as though it starts below my serratus and my right looks like it starts at the serratus. In short the lower part of my right lat is not as developed as the left. Ive also noticed that my right shoulder is slightly smaller than the left. Ive switched to DB rows so i can add a set or two more for the right side but im afraid it wont get better b/c of my rotator cuff...If i knew how to post a pic i would do give you a better idea...Any thoughts or suggestions

Thanks
Tony
