Mike have wide clavicles too. Most pro's today dont. Most NPC guys today are not exactly the cream of the genetic crop. So they take forever to turn pro.

so back to this gh15 bullshit. An old timer ike me goes away starts reading this (now) crap board and it is gh15 this , gh15 that.

I see two gh15 nut huggers posting after me, which is only to be expected since 'follow the leader' is a strong GB tradition for androgenic teenagers , but I cant see the god of hormones himself

and! whenever someone tell you you nto in condition yet...dont worry too much ,, bodybuild really rely less on the actual counting of the carbs and more on the fat burners and trenbolona masterona etc...

some claim a lot of visceral fat from getting super fat, then just injecting gh to burn up subcutaneous fat but being left with the visceral fat pushing the gut out
