aprox 2 weeks. And 17lbs. Can see myself constantly going up from here. Not just the drug guide thnks to but the food advice. 1.5 cups oats every few hours putting amazing mass on me. Also thanks stavios as well. Actually more so copying near your use.

Guys you don't have to agree with Steve, but don't be so harsh. He is one of the only real pros who post pics and interacts with us, mostly in fun. I would hate to see him go. He adds to thunderdome, so I think he has earned a little bit of a benefit of a dobut.

Don't worry about Steve. He's taken a whole lot of shit on this board. He's not going anywhere unless he just doesn't have the time anymore. This is a tough bastard.

Geez. This place.

well obv the food is putting on the mass no duh... Without seeds you can't grow a field no? So the food is putting on the mass n the drugs is putting it on fast and right places. I doubt the oatmeal is making my traps delts n upper chest explode and looks like I grew 5 inchs in width. Its just the way he gave food advice makes it super easy to get in the cals n eat n not cook 20 hrs a day.

and stavios part I followed his 400mg test a day. Since I won't use tren used it once hated it. Although I have missed shota but it is working so unreal. I'm leaning out to. My muscles are just poping out everywhere. Havnt even rly hit calves yet they growing amazingly.

oats,, pizza ,, icecream ,, it all depend on the drugs running in your veins my friend,, trust me on that,, if you are on enough trenbolona for long enough duration you can pull out a pizza at 11 pm and eat the damn thing and get more ripped and grow same time! you will eat pizza and icecream and you will see daily or weekly if you dont use as much...the fat under belly button go lower and lower it all harden up on you and body chizeled...now go tell people you eat icecream and pizza at night...lol know what im saying?

inorder to grow you need enough calories and enough drugs to work those calories,, you dont have to mage dose food....you have to have the right drugs in the blood and then the food will be utilized,, ofcourse if you eat pizza with 10 percent saturated fat....then cut on something else...eat sushi or no beef and lower fat during the other meals..

being on a diet doesnt mean you have to consume no fat ....it means that you have to eat the fat according to what drugs flow in your blood vesseles,, with carbs...you have to have high carbs its a rule for bodybuilding,, all the no carb balonie only stall lol,,i cant believe i use the word stall lol ,, it STALL lol the body growth potential ,, you cant grow on damn protien and no carbs ,,dont happen ,, you want to grow lean ? you want to grow into shows? CARBSSSSSSSSS IS THE NAME OF THE GAME,, lots and lots of them ,, and ofcourse with out the right drugs in the system forget about it,,

in the bible he stated I have it saved on my phone but I can't copy n paste. He says only way a bodybuilder can get in the calories is if he uses a coffee grinder and grinds the oatmeal 1.5 cups every few hours. I do 3 to 4 a day. In 2 cups milk and 1.5 oats gives me 56 g protien and 1200 calories from the robbin hood oatmeal brand. Its 150 calories per 1 4th cup. So its alot . Its a life saver I wake up easy 1200 cals. Before bed easy 1200 calories. Than after workout while meal is cooking again n any other time I want. 3 a day gives you 3600 cals so its awesome. Although I am non fat gainer so it maybe much for others. I go to bed big bloated gut wake up lean small waist abs. Regardless tis easy and works great.

lol. Excess money? The money I'd be spending on take out one day of normal diet n take out covers a weeks worth of oats n milk. Oats is 3 dollars for a huge bag. And drugs? Don't kid me. 200 bucks into a homebrew. Last you 100,000mg worth. Now if I was using gh that be a diff storey but I'm barely spending a penny here.

No one is asking for his stack, no one is making any demands, the guy isall drugs, he looked like total shit without steroids to the point where he says he wasn't on steroids when he was, and even when he was a true natural he lies about his weight. you are using 2800mgs of test a week? anything else?

Just out of curiosity, what is a good amount of Test to use for a beginner? I hear numbers from 200mg a week up to, well, 2800mg as per OP. But the usually number seems to be around 500mg - 1000mg.

I have used this method post workout with the grinder and it turns oats into pure powder like WHEY....

I wish I knew this years ago....so TY GH15 ;D
