oats,, pizza ,, icecream ,, it all depend on the drugs running in your veins my friend,, trust me on that,, if you are on enough trenbolona for long enough duration you can pull out a pizza at 11 pm and eat the damn thing and get more ripped and grow same time! you will eat pizza and icecream and you will see daily or weekly if you dont use as much...the fat under belly button go lower and lower it all harden up on you and body chizeled...now go tell people you eat icecream and pizza at night...lol know what im saying?
inorder to grow you need enough calories and enough drugs to work those calories,, you dont have to mage dose food....you have to have the right drugs in the blood and then the food will be utilized,, ofcourse if you eat pizza with 10 percent saturated fat....then cut on something else...eat sushi or no beef and lower fat during the other meals..
being on a diet doesnt mean you have to consume no fat ....it means that you have to eat the fat according to what drugs flow in your blood vesseles,, with carbs...you have to have high carbs its a rule for bodybuilding,, all the no carb balonie only stall lol,,i cant believe i use the word stall lol ,, it STALL lol the body growth potential ,, you cant grow on damn protien and no carbs ,,dont happen ,, you want to grow lean ? you want to grow into shows? CARBSSSSSSSSS IS THE NAME OF THE GAME,, lots and lots of them ,, and ofcourse with out the right drugs in the system forget about it,,
