Has anyone noticed the decline in the pro competitors its not the cream of the genetic crop any more its now the cream of the common sense crop

you'd get accelerated fat loss on 4-6 iu with a nice full look, but you have to use a ton of aas too. you'd start gaining more mass while being lean at 8-10 iu, with a ton of aas of course... now, to be a freak and look like a circus act, you'd need 15+ iu, also with a ton of aas... so basically unless you can affor 15+ iu, don't waste your time on GH. all of the effects will fade away after you stop (and soon after you stop mind you) and you'd be left with regret on why you spent the money on all that GH for nothing when you could've bought a ferrari and gotten laid 3 times a day by different women  get my point?"

Just a curious question:

How many of you have followed the GH15 protocol, food, hormones, etc. and competed doing so? Further, how many of you have done well competing following this advice?

The way I figure, with a butt load of you following GH15 there's got to be a handful that have at least tried to compete.

Anyway, if you've only taken a piece or two from his plan you don't count. I want to know who has followed every step or at least the strong, strong majority of steps, competed and done well....preferably win a local show or placed very well on a national stage.

Probably a lot of people that shouldn't be and have gotten some sense of false hope. I think we're gonna be seeing a lot more Dave Palumbos around here pretty soon.
