This is what the sea looked like after Nasser had a swim.

That picture is taken in 2007, well after Nasser has competed in any shows. Even when one does inject some oil it disapates within a few months if you do not continue to inject it regularly. Shows how little you know.
bigbobs,
kindly tell your boy nasser that he's a piece of shit. He got the placings he deserved. When it's all said and done people will always name Levrone and Wheeler as guys who should have won an olympia, these are among the first guys everyone ALWAYS thinks of. nasser will come up but not for awhile. He beat flex in 95? Not that I'm a Flex fan but the simple fact of the matter is that Flex was coming off a terrible car accident and was no where near his best for that show. 96, flex did a ton of shows and was probably burnt out. Flex beat nasser at the arnold and the only reason Nasser eventually won the arnold is cause flex didn't show up. nasser should NOT have placed ahead of Shawn Ray in 95 anyway, from behind Shawn totally destroyed nasser, it's that simple. Nasser's back was not as bad as people tend ot believe but he had niether the thickness or the detail to beat Shawn in a back double bi. Size counts but it's not everything, Period.
Nasser was a great pro, but overall he can't hold a candle to Levrone or Wheeler, especially when you consider his placing pre 95 and his placings the last few years he competed. If I'm not mistaken he wasn't even top 15 at his first couple of NOC's and the only reason he qualified for an olympia pre 1994 was cause of a european grand prix show where the competition was less than steller. The last few years he competed he was pathetic.
he had a great pro career but his actions of late are disqusting and he should be ashamed of himself. I hope he burns every bridge he ever had in bodybuilding and is totally dismissed by everyone involved in the "sport".
hope that helps
You're wrong "Natural al"---most people think of Nasser as one of the people who deserved to win the Olympia. Don't take my word for it, just read the posts of the average getbigger...all but the pumpkinheads argue that he should have at least won 97. He was well ahead of Dorian by 97. Personally I think he definitely deserved to win in 96 as well, and maybe 95 and 98 too. Levrone, Wheeler, Nasser, and Ray all took turns beating each other at times. Nasser deserved to beat them more often however he was not American and not an NPC champ which are naturally favoured in the American-based IFBB. Even still with the judging biases, Nasser still beat Levrone 11 times and Flex Wheeler consistently at the Mr. Olympia in 95, 96, and 97, for 3 years.
Nasser at the 99 Arnold Classic was better than Flex Wheeler has ever looked. He was 289 lbs and in top condition. He beat other big names at the 99 Arnold Classic who have beaten Flex Wheeler as well.
And you're also wrong with your comparisons of Shawn Ray with Nasser. Shawn ONLY beat Nasser in ONE pose - the rear double biceps...Nasser beat him in every other.
And regarding 'burning bridges," he laughed and told me on the phone a few days ago at people who say he "burned bridges" since he does not give two shits about anyone he "burned bridges" with. He is not still involved in the sport, makes good money from other sources, and does not need anything from anyone in the IFBB.
Hope that helps.
