theres a city in ny where they developed a program that dropped gang violence by 75%.. they passed a law that news agency's would not be allowed to even report on anything related to gang violence. they are only allowed to report that there was a shooting, and in this section of the city -nothing else,no names, no details, no pictures....most criminals do what they do for recognition.. when its not reported, they loose that major tool. they loose out on that fear they spread.. i know of a few killers who said they loved to see the news, and hear about what they did.

Yeah isolated accounts of so called "white" violence as opposed to the rampant acts in shit neighborhoods.  Sgt. If you're a cop or otherwise trained, yes you would.

But i guarantee no 'normal' human being will be able to shoot straight in such a situation, when you are suddenly under fire in a totally normal environment with lots of other people running around, screaming, bleeding and so on.

First thing is, you will run, as fast as you can, then maybe when you feel safe you will check for your gun, but then it'll be too late for someone else.

I know people in law enforcement (sth. like a SWAT) that had to snipe someone and they say it's not easy, even if you know you have to to save innocents.
