his arms are at least 21"

of course you would expect that from a man who does strict curls with 315lbs.

  Agreed; not the best genetics in the game. Even so, he still looks pretty big for someone who looks like he's "taking a break".

Not the best genetics but they wren't that bad before he ruined them. He was pretty good as an amateur.

That little bit of extra effort goes a long way in him coming across as a nice person in my opinion.  In his DVDs he also seems very friendly and my friend met him and thought he was a good guy also.

That was probably the best he ever looked.  He looked pretty decent when he won the Niagara ( I think thats right).

 I always thought his chest looked funny. Very thick at the bottom and not much up top. Waist is pretty wide also...but he is a big dude for sure.
