Thanks for the complement... sadly I think your assertion may well be true. From what I see in the gym I fear I may well know more about training than the vast majority of trainees:
-I do my squats properly, and consequently don't need to do anything else for my legs
-I do flyes properly with 20 lb dumbbells, and often feel nauseated from the effort
-I know a lot about calf training and ankle mobility, so coupled with my good lower leg structure I haven't needed to train calves for several years
-I do rib cage stretches and have perfect posture
-I do rows properly and seldom need to do any additional lat work
-I deadlift with an arched back and have regularly deadlifted double my bodyweight for reps without injury for the past 14 years
I actually did start doing my rib stretching exercises at age 14... which explains my fantastic results.
However it is possible to stretch the ribcage even till age 24 (the sternum structure is mostly cartilaginous, and doesn't completely "harden" till full adulthood just as skeletal growth can continue in rare circumstances till that age).
