workout goes
2mins boxing on heavy bag (high tempo) - straights, jabs and hooks
20second break to take gloves off
3mins skipping (medium tempo)
20second break to put gloves on
REPEAT!
i did 10 sets tonight. Takes around an hour so have an ipod hooked up or cd with good songs
remember to wear hand wraps if you have a heavy bag at home
You will not find a grappler, kickboxer, or boxer on here that will believe you do any MMA. You look like crap, specifically weak and unconditioned more than anything.
But I guess you just started this workout/fight training thing and that's why you look like that. Keep it up and you might fix your broke ass.
And I wouldn't recommend putting up any more pictures of yourself for a while smart guy.. unless you LIKE crying your ugly ass to sleep at night. ah HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!
