Medford, I think you have ganglion cysts in your wrist:

They are liquid, and also called Bible Thumper cysts because people used to just slam them with bibles to squish them. 

I had one once on my wrist, it was painful.  I had no idea what it was, but it was a big bump on my wrist.  I couldn't bend my wrist properly or move it in certain directions.  They are easy to take care of...get to a doctor and they will drain it for you.  It takes a few minutes in the doctor's office, and your wrist will recover in a few days.  :)

I don't mind...I was away from the gym due to these stupid welts and my arm going numb, just easing back there now.  Not nearly as much as I did when I started.  But getting back to thinking more gym mindedly

You need to wake up and reliaze Medford is a MOD here, she should be putting up a better example for everyone especially here on a bodybuilding website. Shame on u Rip for actually going along with her crap. Even others see it. A lot of us put effort into Medford, wasted our time giving her advice and helping her. She let us down for the 1,000,000 time. It's utter bullshit. Now Medford is putting on a show so people feel sorry for her. This has got to stop.
