McCain won 7 primaries in 2000: New Hampshire, Michigan, Arizona, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Vermont
He's a legitimate candidate and maybe people who voted for him in the past are more comfortable with him than Romney (flip floppper, seemed to be a liberal in the past, kooky religious beliefs) and Guiliani (slimy ex-mayor 911, 911, 911 ad naseum). At least with McCain they think they know what they are getting
The discrepencies with the voting machines with Obama and Hilary are a bit strange. One story I heard (which I can find in writing) is that the hand count and the machine count had the exact opposite results for those two almost to virtually the exact % point
Anyway - the process has just started and nothing is set in stone yet by any measure and that's a good thing
