The guys at FLEX are working on posting the video now. Fans will be treated to a 5 minute video montage of Phil training arms at Colorado Pro Gym. It's an awesome gym and the owner is super cool. Anyone in Denver, definitely check it out.

There will be a couple more videos before the Ironman.

best arms of all time. end of story. he's got the size of priest with nearly wheeler's definition/shape. and has anyone EVER shown forearms that big and defined? it looks like he's got something jammed under his skin.

In 2005, people had the right to accuse Isaac of over-hyping Phil. He looked great for two years training but I had no idea at the time he would turn into the freak he has turned into today. I think a lot of others on here can agree.

He still might have lagging parts. It doesn't look like it from the angle of those photos that but that is one pose.

Arvilla, I can't see how you think that is a good shot of him. It shows him incredibly narrow with a weak chest.

He really is a taller lee priest but in that photo I posted I swear he has no more width than Lee Priest, despite being taller.

I saw greatness in Phil from the first picture Isaac posted

when 240 said his legs were 3 years behind his upperbody without actually seeing pics where is legs were not covered

Phil WILL become the one of the best bodybuilder of all time, I just wish he can get freaky shredded for the show. I am talking about some Alex Azarian type of condition with the fullness he displays in those pics

I am sure he can do it
