Sorry I just back from a busy training seminar and coaching some clients in SF - Do i have good genetics? - Well, I think that I do of course - I was competing at 16 years of age and probably could've made it to the IFBB pros - I just dont think I wanna do what "it takes" so to speak to be a freak if u know what I mean.

Mike and I used to talk about his old training techniques and the opposite is the truth. Mike used to train up to 4 hours a day! and made almost no progress - He already competed and looked pretty good but of course with Mike's genetics....any program wouldve probably worked - I am not aware of his best 'showings' and him not using HIT - trust me..he practiced what he preached - I paid him to train me for 6 months (till I ran out of money-lol) and my gains were incredible - he also trained along with me since he was trying to get his body back i n shape after suffering from a fall  in his staircase which resulted in a torn triceps and some back issues - we started training about 2 months prior to his death - I will always remeber out workouts...nobody has ever pushed me harder and I dont think nobody ever will including myself.

Speaking of progress guys - I wanted to show u guys a pic that I took just 4 weeks apart from eachother using HIT and a higher carb lowfat/low calorie diet (plus cardio) - as u can tell...some insane progress made here with only 3 workouts a week at 20-30mins each!
