Oh yeah? Well in his his video he does 405 for 10 reps at the end of his workout and that's not even his heaviest set.
Earlier in the workout he does 9 plates a side deep, ass to the heels hack squats for reps!
Errr...that is a Flex Hack Squat, not a free bar squat, and I could smoke Nasser on BOTH hacks and free bar squats-and routinely did smoke him at Frog's.
But, that is not really saying much, because when you can barely hit 405 for 6 at a BW of over 300, well, you're a pathetic weakling, and getting smoked like that is not too hard for even a novice 1st year BBer.
