Barack Power!

I believe in Mr. Obama we have a rare opportunity to have a representative that is REALLY willing to work across party lines to get things done. In addition he is extremely intelligent, well spoken and charasmatic. I think it's a good idea for him to do this before he becomes tainted like many other politicians. He may not have much experience but I'll take that over the same ol' BS. with Hillary and McCain any day of the week.

you guys are nuts, you want to put a guy who has no experience in the most important job. A guy who is going to let Oprah Winfrey decide policy. Give me a break. He may be a good speaker but he has no balls to deal with Republicans, they will destroy him if he gets in the office.

Jimmy Carter was exactly like Obama and he got into office and it was a disaster. He had no idea how to get anything done and was out played by Republicans time and time again. He had a lot of nice ideals but got nothing done.

Clinton 92 had no experience, and did a good job.

Cheney had more experience than anyone in DC - what kind of job did he do running the show for 7 years?

Decision-making ability is more inportant than anything else- and Obama voted against the war when all these experienced people voted for it. He made a better decision, despite having less experience. he'll surround himself with smart, experienced people who will help him make better decisions.

That's what I thought too but this guy ain't goin nowhere, it is very surprising to me. I think the young people in this country are really showing up at the polling booths.
