That's the shape of his biceps when relaxed because they are so huge. The picture where you are circling the biceps was taken in 97, which is 3-4 years before any of the synthol allegations even started. If those biceps looked synthol-filled he would not have placed so well in the 90's. The "pointy delts" picture you posted is in 2001, which is the year when he had accumulated significant scar tissue in his rear delts (not synthol). The last picture is a shot he took just after having that delt-scar tissue surgically removed.

Synthol is probably the root of Nasser's backlash at Greg Kovacs. I recall Kovacs having huge and oddly shaped shoulders due to synthol. Nasser must have some on-going problem with his shoulders, and must be placing the blame on Kovacs. Nasser did get his shoulders surgically drained, a few years ago. I also find it strange that Nasser had three birth marks removed from his back. What exactly was removed? I don't ever remember Nasser having any visual birth marks in his early BB pictures.
