Imagine a beginner reading this article and thinking he has to workout 6 days a week and eat 250g of protein per day!
Agreed, I thought it was excessive because I did start at 14 yrs old and 150 lbs.
Shit, I was using the plastic weight set and rickety bench from K Mart way back then.
So when I think of a true beginner, that is what I was refering to. ok, lets hope no one was 130 lbs when they started but no way a young kid is going to get 250 g. protein when they first get in the game.
