25 - very skinny teacher, at 125 or 130 pounds.
28 - ate taco bell and McD nonstop, did squats 2-3 times a week (20 rep variations) and actually added 90 pounds to my frame (50 of it being fat, I'm sure). Not healthy, and nothing I'd recommend. Got up to 223 pounds at my highest, very briefly.
31 - Focusing on health, but still trying to gain muscle of course. Lost a lot of weight gradually - spending all day with baby, missing more meals and sleep than I'd like, weighing about 175 today.
