guys i just noticed something, Melvin is actually bigger than Derek "the Disease" Anthony--Check this out one of my best friends worked at the strip club as bouncer (gay strip club that "the disease" derik used to work at--and he hooked up with the dj at the stripclub and he (the dj) told my friend "the bouncer" that he could he could almost put his whole fist in Derick Butthole and that is was the most abused ass (like a used pussy from a whore) that he has ever seen in his 35 years of his gaylife--..I can tell derick is really sick losing all that weight, he is deteorating before out eyes and unless he's a full time crack or meth head, I m guessing there is only a few things that do that to a person.,---- Plus jsut like disco stu said, I agree he, I think he is mentally retarded too, he looks to have a little down sydrome in his face. there is no normal people that act the way he does...
