if you want to REALLY see how strong your biceps are CURL THE DUMBBELL WITH YOUR PALM UP THE WHOLE TIME, then we'll see all these clowns who claim to curl 80-100 pound db's all of a sudden become 50's and 60's.
never pass 70's tops ever.. because i ALWAYS vurl with my palms facing up..
plus you i dont think you need to curl verry heavy weights till you look like your doing the tango

there was nothing remoteley impressive about that lift nothing...
i hate people who gawk in the gym also... your there to work out hammer it and get out i lift fairly heavy but i do it silently and wiithout the drama.. i hate guys who lift heavy for show and the idiots who stand there gawking..
