::)

I will have my lawyer send you a letter should you continue to make false accusations against me and my business ventures. I'm not selling anyone's information and it would be in your best interest to stop the accusations.

You definitely don't want a piece of me, pal and I'm actually the least of your worries...... ;D

You're so tough Melvin....wow....everyon e shakes in the their shoes when you come across so tough.  Does your boyfriend get all hot and bothered when you do that?

Seems like this Issac and Ron guy are both just having fun with this service.

No serious money, maybe a couple bucks from the ads on the site, some fun and a cool service for bodybuilding fans.

Melvin must be really hard up to be so jealous of a couple guys making some pocket change.

LIFT will likely add in a line "this story brought to you by ABD Supplements, the leader of XYZ muscle building supplements, available at www. "

It'll make it worth his time and make him a profit.  Yeah, half the news story will be a "convenient link to save $ for our subscribers only!" but we know that's just spam.  And it's his right.

Vince, it's almost April 1st.  What lousy prank do you have planned for this year?  Every year it's something with you.  Working for the cardinals, selling your business... what'll it be this year?

Selling sponsored content is very different than selling numbers. Someone's number will never be given to anyone, which Vince is saying is/will take place. Simply not true. Could there be discounts to muscle phone subscribers for magazines, store purchases, supplements and other things? Yes, it is possible however the numbers have not nor will they ever be given out to anyone.

No one is forcing anyone to sign up for this. If you don't like it don't sign up. If you sign up and don't like it opt out. Hundreds of people have signed up and the number of people who have opted out are lower than Vince's IQ. This tells me people like the service and the only complaint I get is why isn't there more news being sent out.

Uh, that's what I said in the first post I made....... ::)

Yes, no one is forcing anyone to sign up but people have a right to know that you're selling text message advertising to supplement companies.

Things that make you go hmmmmmmmm.........

Hey Vince you should start Gay, Fat, Sloopy and Loser Phone.  You would make a million off that cause it is something you know about.

Oh and by the way Issac, if you decide to sue you'll have to do it without the "so called evidence of this thread".

Since Ron has edited the title of my thread, its considered altered information and cannot be admitted in any civil court case......

Whoops, I guess you'll have to find another bloody glove or sock..... ;D

Altered information.....I suppose thats what your crack team at PrePaid Legal told you huh?  Once again Melvin you are saying/doing things that you cant back up.  Much like the bet you made with me for the Arnold.  Cant wait to see what a pile of steaming shit you look like at the Metrolina.

I'm not selling anyone's phone numbers and accusing me of such is a crock of shit. Trying to undermine a business with false accusations can land your redneck ass in court.

MUSCLEPHONE MELTDOWN

Don't waste your time.  Vince has Pre-Paid legal and they are defending the some of the richest people in the world for only $29.00 a month.  He would kill you just in your attorney legal fees.  Plus Vince doesn't even make enough to pay for this service so you wouldn
t be getting anything but a big laugh

Uh you're wrong at this.  There is a lot of money in text message advertising and even more in a targeted audience.

There's more than pocket change at stake which is why there has been a number of threads that have been deleted pointing out the same thing I did.

I didn't put out any groundbreaking news.....Special Ed already put it in a thread last week but it was relegated to the Z Dump.

So you think Pepsi is going to shell out big bucks for ~300+/- phone numbers to send "Join the Pepsi Generation!" SMS messages to them all?

Maybe so.

I would not sign up because I am too afraid of receiving unsolicited SMS messages from Pepsi.

Proove it, back it up that Musclephone sold cell numbers to supplement companies.
Once again, prove it. Show me where any of the text messages were separate ads.

Once again, you have not answered these accusations. This is what I care about. Don't give me a whole garb of wishywash. You said these statements.

so whats up WILL THERE OR WONT THERE BE ADS ON THE TEXT SERVICE ATTACHED TO THE NEWS AND GOSSIP???

Attached to the breaking news, as it always has, it will say brought to you by whomever.  But attached ads - no.  Brought to you, yes.  You only have 160 characters per text message. And so far, it is a fun item to get, especially for breaking news out there...

No, actually the Fed is guaranteeing Musclephone's debt, and has brokered a deal for JP Morgan Chase to buy them out at $2 a share!  (personally, I think Isaac should hold out for $10. ;))

Thanks, Musclephone!  :D

  • What you!

But if you think people are selling your name, you are dead wrong. Even myself here, with thousands of emails and numbers, won't do that.

Now I can cross off Getbig being responsible for all those spam emails for penis enlargement!
