dude, all i said was that 405x13 is supremely strong on the decline but that wearing a belt isn't going to make your waist smaller, and that you should go without it for a while except on your heaviest sets of compound lifts (and make it tighter when you do). that's all.

but hey, if you want to act the ass, go for it. ::)
