Can you tell us what your pre contest diet consist of?
To make the long story short...
At 14 weeks out I started with 400 grams of carbs (normal), 300 grams of protein (moderate) and almost no fats.
At 10 weeks out I started the '3 days lower carbs-1 day higher carbs' cycles. I started with 250-250-250-400...for example. And I started to enhance my protein intake (around 350 grams daily).
At 8 weeks out I cut back my carb intake even more. For example...200-200-200-400. Sometimes I did a '4 lower-1 higher' cycle. I enhanced my protein intake between 350 and 400 grams daily and add a little bit of healthy fats.
That's what I did till now.
