I am already eating 7-8 meals per day. Real tons of protein.And still keep on doing diet.
Just I am eating huge amount to get back the mass i used to posses before autamn show.
I dont say its impossible. But its almost impossible to be super lean all year around to be really huge.
Now a day, even an amateur show, you need real good mass in every bodyparts.So you have to be really serious to be big.In addition,i am a natural bber like you.
As a cardio i am doing 1km swim 5days a week.
