I have taken some of your nutrition advice and incorporated sea salt into my diet. that added with 8-12 beers a night, lots broccoli, carrots and poultry I added some mass and detail to my back, which was lagging. The biggest factor was the beer, made me sleep better, keeps stress low and gave tons of energy for workouts. I recommend everyone drink beer every day and consume sea salt for optimal results.
