hell yeah but more jacked hahah, im starting to get new lines in my face when i smile from being leaner, my glute fat is very low my pecs are squaring out a whole lot!

im not even flexed up of pumped, im gonna look sick pretty soon.

what is your diet like these days? whats your current weight, what is your goal? What supplements are you taking, and is Meth one of them?

I have taken some of your nutrition advice and incorporated sea salt into my diet. that added with 8-12 beers a night, lots broccoli, carrots and poultry I added some mass and detail to my back, which was lagging. The biggest factor was the beer, made me sleep better, keeps stress low and gave tons of energy for workouts. I recommend everyone drink beer every day and consume sea salt for optimal results.

I have to agree with Johnny. He is doing something right.

Knowledge about your body and what nutrition fits you is something individual for everyone, you have to figure out and try out for your self, it can be quite interesting, but requires patience. The rewards are better health and look.

Just as a start, most people would feel better just cutting out any milk and gluten containing foods, lower their carbs and up their fats. To start simple.

yes i am doing nearly everything right!

the way i treat people , treat myself, treat nature, even watch for ant hills, doing some planting outside. all this cumuative knowledge i have collected and made data of in past times , seeking, seeking only truth, then going to bed, have fun eat the right good tasting things , smoke a little weed, completley avoid alcohol, saying the right things to my pals on getbig the best way i know how
