Maybe Milos could send Milamar in to sleep with everyone like he did the FBI?

Don't mind the gimmick Milos. He is as dumb as they come. WHat else can you expect from a pakistani ladyboy with a Nasser thong fetish.  :D

Sorry Milos, I call bullsh!t on this claim. Some of your other ideas have merit but this claim is crap. Where is Squadfather?????!!!!

40lb of lean muscle in 1 month? on a trained subject like a lean muscle machine like Coach :) ? Could you do the same with yourself? Ronnie Coleman? Jay Cutler?

Even in an untrained novice I doubt your claim. To put things into perspective, that would be about >100lb gain in 1 month (if you were to bulk up and tally up the adipose and additional water).

If I had $100K extra in my pocket I would take your bet...Might be a while for me to scrounge it up :)

WE ARE TALKING:  a 40 lbs gain in bodyweight - WHILE STAYING with same amount (not percentage - as percentage will NOT BE ACCURATE) of body fat...
What I am saying - I can put 40 pounds on someone without adding a gram of bodyfat...

That, I would believe it

that's still incredible gains tho !

My strongman camps start in about 3 weeks complete with conditioning and agility. Bring ANY current pro or pro's to Golden West college. I'll have my athletes there including the athletes that just got done with the NFL combine, Quinton "Rampage" Jackson and his sparring partner Russ Tupper and we'll see. Fair?

Hello?

Low carb day, Stavi?

That's like saying Stavios competing at a contest weight of 190 and 1 month later on the "Milos program" he now competes at a contest weight of 230?!!

absolutly not, he said that glycogene, water retention and muscle were all included

that person would not be 40 pounds heavier onstage in a month in the exact same condition , that would be a ridiculous claim

He already claimed that. Now it's changed. Yes, it would be and is a rediculous claim.

Chick what was the reason for the Priest trial coming before the Olympia???Could it be Numbers were down in little shows and the IFBB needed him on stage to appease the paying schmoes I mean audience.

Interesting.  So you are privy to the mindset of the man on the committee to voted?

Were you in the room, or did they alert you afterwards of their intentions?

I'm on the committee, I get a vote.

I've been involved from day one...nothing interesting about it.

As the matter of fact YES -

I would love to see John...who I consider a friend...
Learn something?

Hell yes. I learned from John already...and I respect his knowledge a great deal...But, he will probably tell you the same about me...
what ever people may say about Nasser he was right about one thing, your full of yourself. don't even compare yourself to berardi. you're not good enough to shine his shoes. hes a nutritionist and your a drug peddling, genocide committing criminal and there isn't even one thing you can teach him.

No, he's not.

Then why is he claiming "IFBB-Pro" on his site? http://www.hugenasserelsonbaty.com/home.html
If Nasser belongs to another federation and using one he does not belong to (the IFBB-pro status), how is that allowed?  Regardless, if he is permitted to use "IFBB-Pro" then in any agreement with any federation, members must also represent the IFBB equal to IFBB members; and must face similar penalties.  Nasser is giving the IFBB a bad name; I thought he was a memeber of the IFBB.  I'm sure there are many schmoes like me, who think Nasser belongs to the IFBB federation.

I don't know if he belongs to any other federation. I do know he is a FORMER IFBB pro...he hasn't had a card in probably 2 years if not 3. He uses the tag ine just like a former champion uses a title...Mr USA, Mr Olympia, etc....

That's all I (we) needed to know.  I can't wait to use little-bitty info against the DCN....So why is he allowed to use "IFBB-Pro" (as is hi current status) instead of "Former IFBB-Pro" (previous and good-standing status with IFBB)?

Milos, still waiting for an answer on this. If you think bodybuilders are athletes now's the time to prove it.

Coach you're a trainer and have competed in bb.  Bodybuilders are more of an athelete than professional race car drivers are; considering that race-car driving is a sport.

You should really take the time to meet Milos in person, and workout with him; to understand and learn his theories.  You will both learn from each others discipline; instead of continuing the same discussion over and over.  He trains professional and soon to be professional bodybuilders/fitness/physique competitors. Unlike yourself (as you mentioned on prior posts), you train more housewives with inches to lose here and there, than pro-bb's.  We all know that the type of approach that these pro-bb's do, is (the standard) beyond losing pounds here and there.  They are atheletes, don't you agree?  They focus more on the physical easthetic conditioning, than running a field in a matter of secs.  Housewives with inches to lose for the next wedding, family or high school reunion, do not expect to be olympic athelets to fit in a size 1 evening gown or bikini.

Maybe if you change your view on bodybuilders, then you'll have more pro-bodybuilders seeking your expetise to help them prep for their next or all their competition; and not just for the yearly fitness bootcamp.  What d' you say?

This is why I can speak the way I do.......the majority of my clientel are primarly athletes, and again as I have stated, High School, College including D1 schools and professional. I do train the general public as well but mostly athletes. I stopped training bodybuilders in the early 90's and went into Strength and Conditioning. In a recent post I have listed some of my current professional athletes as well as college and MMA.

I respectfully cannot agree that bodybuilders, at least pro and top National contenders are athletes. I have to relate an athlete as someone who can combine strength, conditioning, agility, balance and skills. Put all of those together and you have an athlete.

BTW, it was never my intention nor would I want to train professional bodybuilders. As far as a yearly fitness boot camp, my wife and other trainers do that during the week. I have actual strongman camps designed for athletes. It wouldn't be of any use to the general public........it would kill them.
