At six weeks out I'm just over six percent bodyfat. I've not done a show before, so I don't know... is that behind?
IF you are a true 6 % at 6 weeks out, you are not behind.say you weigh 200 pounds at 6%.ideally you'd do very well getting to 3% on a clip before your water drop for your first show..that means you would have 6 pounds of bf to lose in 6 weeks- one pound a week.very manageable.however, none of what you are saying makes sense, at a true 6% you would not be on here asking if you were behind at 6 weeks out, imo.
Note that I didn't start this thread asking if I were behind. I was asking out a cycle for this last few weeks; other people took that as a tangible question synonymous with "I'm behind." That's not what I said, not what I thought, and wasn't my question. I appreciate the help.
