In your opinion, why do we see so many images of unhappy prisoners?

That guy was juicing before prision and being a connected gang member u can obtain a lot of shit in jail. Its people with no family or friends on the outside are fucked. Yeah yards are free weights that are welded together so inmates can not beat each other up as easily and actually some jails there is no gyms. every inmate gets time in the yards except the confined ones.. three meals a day with snacks always consist of a chicken fish mistery steak, oatmeal eggs .  poor quality food but meals always there every day same time

gh, I lived in the ghetto for a long time. I know these fuckers. Sure many are skinny/fat, but there are some real freaks out there that smoke crack, have poor diets, yet are in good a shape as many of the best supposed naturals on this forum.

No doubt there's juiced up felons, but a lot of them are 200-220 lbs natural. If you noticed, they may looked a little jack, but are not exactly lean.

I know a brothers friend, dads, mothers, uncle who went to prison weighed about 130lbs when he came out after 10 years of lifting, eating, no supplements he weighed like 260lbs with 8% BF no steroids either cause he was in the pen all he had was bench, squats, barbell thats it and about 600lbs of weights.  He maxed out the bench at about 600lbs for 3 reps with no spotters since he was a hardened criminal no one would hang with him and the gaurds would not let anyone near him fear of being killed.  He competed in local competitions and 5 nationals the best he did was at some NPC in cali took 5th.  Overall anything is possilbe in prison because you no stress only 3x meals/day, lift, sleep, and rinse and repeat the process over.  You dont need protein supplements, no steroids like ronnie coleman, no nothing granted this guy had 21inch arms steroid free and ronnie took gear to get his 21inch arms and they are the same leanness....anything is possible such as folks posting on this thread about prisoners being so muscular I can attest to that I have seen it after 10 years in prison you can look like ronnie coleman.
